What is egg donation ? - London Egg Bank

What is egg donation?

Egg donation is a form of fertility treatment in which a donor anonymously gives her eggs to an infertile woman to help her create a family of her own.

Why do some women need donor eggs?

There are many reasons why a women may need to use donor eggs to have a baby. For the majority, this is due to maternal age. There are some unfortunate women who suffer from early menopause or who cannot use their eggs due to illness.

We are also helping same-sex couples looking to add to their family with the help of a surrogate and an egg donor.
