My Donor Is a Carrier: What does that mean for me? (Webinar)

13th of May 2025 at 18.00

Join us for this informative session where we’ll explore what it means when a donor is found to be a genetic carrier. Many healthy people — in fact, most of us — carry a copy of a genetic condition without ever knowing, and without it affecting our own health.

Our expert team will explain how we screen donors, what carrier status means, and how we ensure safe matching between donor and recipient to minimise any risk. You’ll hear directly from our in-house Genetic Counsellor, Bahar Mohammadi, and Clinical Director, Dr Shailaja Nair, who will clearly walk you through the science and the process.

This webinar is perfect for anyone currently choosing a donor or considering treatment with donor eggs.
