Together Through the Journey: Patient Support Group
28th of October 2025 at 6:00 pm
We understand how difficult it can be to go through fertility treatment, especially when the outcome isn’t what you had hoped for. Many patients tell us that the hardest part is not only coping with their own emotions, but also feeling isolated or unsure how to move forward.
To help, we are launching a series of patient support groups designed for those who have experienced unsuccessful implantation. These groups are a safe, confidential space to share experiences, connect with others who truly understand, and access professional support.
Sessions will be held in person at 112 Harley Street, with the option to join online for those outside London.
The programme will be led by:
Michaela Sochorcova, Nurse Manager at London Egg Bank, who also provides two-week wait support calls for patients.
Dr Marianne Vendola, who has long been an advocate for egg recipients and patient-centred care.
For this session, we will also be joined by Kelly Da Silva from The Fertility Alliance, bringing her expertise in emotional wellbeing and community support.
Together, they will create a supportive environment where you can:
Share your experiences with others who understand.
Ask questions and receive guidance from professionals.
Access ideas for coping strategies and emotional support.
Learn about available counselling options and additional resources.
As this is a closed support group, places are limited. To request access, please email our Nurse Manager at Michaela.Sochorcova@londonwomensclinic.com.
We warmly encourage you to join us, whether in person or online, to connect, reflect, and find support on your journey.
